Step 1:
To
begin using the software, please login with the User Name and Password of
your account (same as the one you login at www.easisend.com). If this is the first
time you login in the current computer, you will be prompted to register the
current PC ID as shown below. The PC once registered cannot be removed. The
login will fail if the login info is wrong, or current PC ID does not match
the previously registered ones or all the available PC ID slots had been
fully registered. To add new PC ID slots, please login to the membership page
online to purchase more PC slots for the current account.

Step
Optional
To
speed up emailing, open up more than one easiEmail2.0 to split the email
jobs, then connect each of them to different SMTP servers. For instance, the
picture below shows a computer with two easiEmail2.0 opened. As indicated in
(b), make sure both are set to connect to 2 different SMTP servers. (If both
are set to connect to the same SMTP server, the performance will not be
increased because all the emails will be queued at the same queue at the same
SMTP server which is the bottle neck.) After that, split the email job
manually by specifying the number of lines to be emailed by each easiEmail1.0
as indicated in (a) below. You may also do so by splitting the job with a few
computers with their PC IDs registered with easiSend.com.
